Single Use Disposable Surgical Instruments — CE Marked, Wholesale
ISO 13485 certified disposable surgical instruments for NHS trusts, ASCs, hospital infection control programmes, and surgical distributors. CE marked Class I. Custom sterile procedure trays. OEM private label. Factory-direct from Sialkot, Pakistan.
Why Healthcare Providers Are Switching to Single Use Instruments
Single use surgical instruments eliminate the cost and risk of instrument reprocessing — no decontamination cycle, no instrument tracking, no risk of CJD transmission or inadequate sterilisation. For NHS trusts, ASCs, GP practices, and dental clinics, single use is increasingly the standard of care for minor surgical procedures.

FAQ — Single Use Surgical Instruments
▼ Are your single use surgical instruments CE marked?
Yes. Our single use surgical instruments are CE marked under EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 as Class I medical devices. Declaration of Conformity and EU technical documentation are provided with every shipment. For the UK market, we provide UKCA marking documentation under UK MDR 2002.
▼ What is the difference between sterile and non-sterile single use instruments?
Non-sterile single use instruments are packed in individual peel pouches and are intended for use after point-of-care sterilisation by the healthcare facility. Sterile single use instruments are gamma-irradiated or EO (ethylene oxide) sterilised at our facility and packed ready-to-use. We supply both — contact us to specify your requirement.
▼ Can you supply custom procedure trays with single use instruments?
Yes. Custom procedure trays are one of our specialities. We assemble your specified instrument list into rigid sterilisation trays or soft peel pouches, labelled with your brand, lot number, and expiry date. Common configurations: basic surgical tray, dental extraction tray, suture removal tray, wound care tray, ear syringing tray.
▼ What is the minimum order quantity for single use surgical instruments?
MOQ for standard single use instruments is 200–500 pieces per SKU. For custom sterile-packed trays or OEM-labelled kits, MOQ starts at 500 sets. We accept trial orders for new accounts evaluating single use programmes.
▼ Are your single use instruments compliant with NHS infection control requirements?
Yes. Our single use instruments comply with NHS Decontamination guidance HTM 01-01 requirements for single use devices. We provide documentation including CE Declaration of Conformity, manufacturer statement on single use, and material certificates. Instruments are individually serialised on request for NHS track-and-trace compliance.
▼ What materials are your single use instruments made from?
Our single use surgical instruments are manufactured from AISI 420 or AISI 304 stainless steel depending on the instrument type. Handles may be stainless steel or medical-grade plastic. All materials are compatible with standard autoclave sterilisation and comply with ISO 7153-1 for surgical instrument materials.
