Our Story — 47 Years of Surgical Instrument Manufacturing
Pintech Instruments was founded in 1977 as M. Aslam Surgical Works in Bhopalwala, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan — the city recognised globally as the world capital of surgical instrument manufacturing, responsible for approximately 20% of all surgical instruments produced worldwide. After three decades of building expertise in precision metalwork, the business was rebranded as Pintech Instruments in 2008 to better reflect its growing international presence and expanded product range.
Today, Pintech Instruments operates from our factory at 292 Bhopalwala, Sialkot, manufacturing over 2,660 surgical, dental, beauty, and veterinary instruments across 5 main categories and 104 subcategories. We export factory-direct to wholesale distributors, hospital procurement groups, dental supply companies, and OEM private label brands in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Vietnam, and 40+ other countries.
Every instrument that leaves our factory is manufactured from AISI 420 or 440C surgical-grade stainless steel — the same grades specified by leading instrument brands in Germany and the USA — and undergoes multi-point quality inspection before shipment. We are ISO 13485 certified, FDA Establishment Registered, and CE marked under EU MDR 2017/745, making our instruments suitable for import into every major healthcare market globally.

Every production batch is subject to dimensional inspection, hardness testing, corrosion testing, and functional performance verification before dispatch. Our instruments are tested at the SIMAP (Surgical Instruments Manufacturers Association of Pakistan) accredited laboratory to confirm material grade and mechanical properties.
